What forms of payment do you accept?

We securely accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay®, Google Pay, giropay, Sofort, iDeal, SEPA, P24, EPS, and Bancontact.

Do the prices on the store include taxes?

Yes, prices include any applicable taxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

What is the cost of shipping?

Cost of shipping in Australia costs a flat rate of AU $20. Shipping outside Australia costs a flat rate of AU $30.

When will I receive my order?

Orders in Australia are usually delivered in 7 days.
International orders are generally delivered in 2-3 weeks, depending the country.

We will email you with confirmation when your order ships, with a tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

You can if you order hasn’t been shipped yet. If this is the case, contact us with your order number and the new shipping address and we will amend the order.

What’s your refund/exchange policy?

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges at this stage, all products are tested. If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged on arrival, contact us.

How do I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled if it hasn’t been shipped yet. If this is the case, contact us with the order number and we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
